Your DESTINATION Journey

 

 

The journey toward your destination will involve these phases:

  • Evaluation / Pre-launch

  • Become a Director / Senior Director

  • Become a Coordinator / Senior Coordinator

  • Become an Executive Coordinator / Senior Executive Coordinator

  • Become a Key Coordinator / Senior Key Coordinator

  • Become a Master Coordinator and help others become Keys and Masters

Each phase will involve a number of action steps and things to learn

 

 

EVALUATION / PRE-LAUNCH

 

During this phase you will be introduced to many new aspects of Shaklee, the products, the philosophy, the company history, the markets, the business opportunity, the compensation plan, marketing strategies, etc.

 

As you begin your training, you will try out a number of business building strategies and options to see what they are like.  Your most important job is to make the commitment...

  1. to learn what you need to know and to do whatever it takes.

  2. to withhold judgment about your results (your progress toward your destination) until after you have learned how to be successful.

This phase can take as little as one week, or as long as several months, depending on how motivated and committed you are to making these decisions.

 

You will begin selling products, sponsoring members and enrolling potential business partners, achieve the rank of Star Associate and Director and prepare for your "Grand Opening." 

 

 

BECOME A DIRECTOR / SENIOR DIRECTOR

 

As you learn to sell products, sponsor members and enroll potential business partners, you will achieve the rank of Director and Senior Director fairly quickly.

 

At this point, it is recommended that you host a series of events to formally (and dramatically) announce to the world that you have successfully opened your own business.  Your "Grand Opening" can include open houses, ribbon cutting ceremonies, press releases, recognition by local Chamber of Commerce and other business organizations, sponsoring community activities and more. 

 

The point is to draw as much attention to yourself, your successful launch, and your offerings as possible.  And all of these activities will have one thing in mind: Generating interest in what you have to offer and capturing leads so you can invite people to join your team.

 

You will use what you've learned to solidify, stabilize and grow your business.  And you will help others to achieve their own success, following in your footsteps.

 

 

BUILD YOUR BUSINESS

 

The next phase is to continue building your base of customers and business partners.  Your focus will be on helping your business partners launch, stabilize and grow their own businesses.

 

Your volume will grow to 15,000 BGV and then 25,000 BGV and more.  By helping others become Directors and Coordinators, you will achieve the rank of Senior Coordinator and Executive Coordinator.

 

 

DEVELOP YOUR ORGANIZATION

 

By training others to be successful, and then training them to train others, your organization will be strong, and build significant depth.

 

 

BECOME A MASTER

 

This is Shaklee's top rank.  You will continue using your proven leadership skills to help others to do the same.
