STEP 2. PLAN & COMMIT

 

 

Now that you have your inspiring dreams and goals, the next step is to commit to achieving your them.  Just decide to do "whatever it takes" to make them come true.  (No if's, and's or but's.)

 

In order to achieve your goals, you'll need to follow our step-by-step plan of action, learn new skills, and practice the behaviors which will get you from where you currently are to where you want to go.  Once you have the necessary skills, you will be able to set goals and chart a course to virtually any destination you desire.

 

Plan to spend about 2 hours completing the following steps and then meet with (call) your upline Director or coach.

 

ACTION STEPS:

  1. Go thru the Shaklee University module on commit.  Print out the narrative and highlight important points.

  2. Read and complete pages 10-13 of the Shaklee Training Manual.

  3. Learn the basic business principles that will guide all of your actions going forward.

  4. Go thru the catalog and create a shopping list to switch brands (Shaklee-ize your home).  Try all the different product lines. Use at least 100PV per month to qualify for bonuses. (Autoship highly recommended). 

  5. Complete the electronic deposit form to receive your bonus checks directly into your account.

  6. Understand that there are two journeys you are embarking on. 

  7. Learn about your first two goals when getting started.

  8. Read and sign the "Make A Difference" Pledge

    (Commit to learning the necessary skills and to working with your coach to grow your business. You will know that you've mastered these skills when you are able to consistently produce results.  Until then, do not evaluate your business results until you have mastered the basic skills required.)

  9. Meet with your Upline Director / Coach to discuss your questions, review your plans and commitments, and begin the process of creating your future.

 

ADDITIONAL STEPS:

 

The following steps are optional.  You can use them to understand more about the incredible value you will be offering to people as well as the income potential of your business, but do not spend to much time on them at the beginning.  You want to move on as quickly as possible to get started building your business.

  1. Learn about the need for (the market) and the benefits offered by the products. 

  2. Learn about the need for (the market), the opportunity, and the benefits available thru the Shaklee business.  You can also review pages 26-end of the Shaklee Training Manual.

  3. Learn about the GOLD Ambassador Program Bonuses and the Shaklee Compensation Plan.

  4. Learn about the Business Growth Cycle and the four categories of prospects that you can reach out to.

 

Note:  You will refine your plans as you begin making progress.  The key is to make sure that you understand your potential, your path, and the guiding principles that will help you get there.  Then commit to taking action every day.
